Developing an automated documentation solution

The result: loss of time and quality, as well as the need for additional personnel resources. Moreover, the company could not provide evidence of compliance, resulting in increased warranty costs.
The goal
In close cooperation with our client, we defined the requirements that an individualized documentation workstation should meet:
- The goal was to create an automated documentation solution that guarantees a seamless workflow.
- A standardized procedure was to increase audit compliance and ensure a seamless documentation chain.
- The recorded data should be transferable to other systems via open interfaces.
The solution
We developed a solution tailored to the specific needs of our client.
